Description of Loud Intelligence Services

Loud Intelligence provides AI-based contextual intelligence solutions for planning, activation, and optimization of audio and audiovisual campaigns. The services include tools for brand safety, creative production, and contextual activation.

Use of the Platform

The platform must be used solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services for unauthorized, illegal activities or those that infringe the rights of third parties.

Loud Intelligence reserves the right to suspend or cancel access for users who violate these conditions.

Misuse of the Service and Website

The Service and Website may not be used to carry out, promote, or support:

1. Illegal or fraudulent activities.

2. Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting affiliation in a misleading way.

3. Defamatory, slanderous, or threatening activities, including hate speech, harassment, or stalking.

4. Publishing or disclosing private or personal information of others without their explicit consent.

5. Sending unsolicited communications, promotions, advertising, or spam.

6. Publishing or linking malicious content intended to damage or disrupt other users’ devices or browsers.

7. Promoting or advertising unrelated products or services without proper authorization.

User Content Restrictions

Users may not post content that:

1. Violates any applicable law, third-party intellectual property rights, or privacy/publicity rights.

2. Is misleading, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, pornographic (including child pornography), defamatory, slanderous, or threatening.

3. Contains personal information of minors.

4. Contains sensitive personal information such as financial data, payment card numbers, social security numbers, or health information without prior written consent from Loud Intelligence as part of a Client Agreement.

5. Contains viruses, bots, worms, or other harmful materials.

6. Contains information the User is not legally entitled to access.

Access and Security

Users are responsible for keeping their username, password, and any other access credentials confidential. They must log out after each session.

Users are liable for all activity carried out under their account. Loud Intelligence shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use of accounts.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

Loud Intelligence owns all rights to the Platform, as well as any updates, improvements, modifications, translations, or new versions thereof.

Users must respect these rights and cooperate in their protection.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

By accepting these terms, parties also accept the Data Processing Agreement, which governs the processing of Client Personal Data by Loud Intelligence.

Age

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

Responsibilities

Loud Intelligence provides the Platform “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Third-party links are provided for informational purposes only. Loud Intelligence is not responsible for their content or availability.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Loud Intelligence harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from violations of these Terms.

Integrations

Loud Intelligence facilitates integrations with third-party data providers. Responsibility for these integrations lies solely with such third parties.
